Submit Abstract

CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

The Scientific Committee of IAPSMCON 2026 cordially invites the submission of original research abstracts for oral and poster presentations to be held during the conference. Submissions are welcome under various topics aligned with the conference sub-themes. The best oral and poster presentations will be selected and awarded across different thematic categories. Abstracts can be submitted online through the conference website.

Abstract submission will open on 1st August 2025 and the last date for submission is 31st October 2025.

Guidelines for Abstract Submission
Eligibility & Registration

  • Submission is open only to the registered delegates. Presenting author must register prior to abstract submission.
  • A participant may submit more than one abstract, however, only one presentation each for oral and poster sessions per delegate will be allowed (subject to the approval of scientific committee).
  • Certificates of presentation will be issued only to presenting authors

Language & Word Limit

  • Abstracts should be written in clear English with maximum word count of 250 words (excluding title, authors, their affiliations & 3-5 key words.

Format Requirements

  • It must be in MS Word with Times New Roman fonts, size 12, 1.5 spacing and justified command.
  • It must include full names of all authors with their designations, institutional affiliations and email ID of presenting author.

Structure

  • Use subheadings of background, objectives, methods, results and conclusion.
  • No abbreviations should be used.

Submission Process

  • All abstracts are to be submitted electronically through the official conference website only. Submission via email will not be accepted.
  • Maximum number of authors per abstract will be up to 6 authors only.
  • Mention the preference for oral or poster presentation. However, final decision will be taken by the scientific committee
  • Indicate the relevant sub-theme from the list available on the website.
  • If you want your presentation to be considered for some awards under IAPSM or IAPSM GC, please indicate the same.

Review & Acceptance

  • All abstracts will undergo the review by the Scientific Committee and committee reserves the right to accept/reject or change the mode of presentation.
  • Notification of acceptance will be communicated to the corresponding author via email within the stipulated time.

Presentation & Publication

  • Accepted abstracts will be included in the Conference Souvenir/ Proceedings (print or electronic).

Presentation Guidelines

  • For Oral Presentations: duration will be 6 minutes and 2 minutes for Q & A.
  • For Poster Presentations will be through E-posters.

Awards & Recognition

  • If applicable, indicate the categories
